1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ConciCereb Car Rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Rental Agreement

2.1 Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from ConciCereb, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• Provide a valid credit card for security deposit
• Meet our insurance requirements

2.2 Rental Period

The rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when you return it to the designated location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

3.1 Authorized Use

The rental vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes and driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

The rental vehicle must not be used for:

• Off-road driving or racing
• Transporting illegal substances
• Commercial purposes without prior agreement
• Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Transportation of hazardous materials

4. Payment and Charges

4.1 Rental Fees

You agree to pay all rental charges, including but not limited to:

• Base rental rate
• Additional driver fees
• Insurance coverage
• Fuel charges
• Late return fees
• Cleaning fees if necessary

4.2 Security Deposit

A security deposit will be held on your credit card during the rental period and released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental rate. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.

5.2 Customer Liability

You are responsible for:

• All damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• Traffic violations and parking tickets
• Theft or loss of the vehicle
• Damage caused by negligence or misuse

6. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

6.1 Pre-Rental Inspection

You are required to inspect the vehicle before taking possession and report any existing damage to ConciCereb staff.

6.2 Maintenance During Rental

You must:

• Check oil, water, and tire pressure regularly
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• Use appropriate fuel type
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made:

• 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

7.2 No-Show Policy

Failure to pick up your rental vehicle without prior cancellation will result in full charge of the rental fee.

8. Force Majeure

ConciCereb shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UK law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Modification of Terms

ConciCereb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
